Ragda Patties is an easy to make Indian snack at home. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />For Patties <br />3 Potatoes, Boiled & Mashed <br />1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For Ragda <br />250 gms White Peas <br />3 tsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush <br />1 Onion, chopped <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric <br />1 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder <br />1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />To make Patties <br />- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything and make a soft dough. <br />- Make flat balls of the dough. <br />- Shallow fry the patties on both the sides. <br /> <br />To make Ragda <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add ginger garlic crush, chopped onion, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Add cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder & red chilli powder. Saute everything well. <br />- Add white peas & water. <br />- Let the ragda simmer for sometime. <br />- Serve Ragda Patties garnished with chutneys.
